Information We Collect

When you fill out a contact form or request a first session, we collect your contact details: your name, your email address, and your phone number if you give one. We also collect how you would rather be contacted, where you want to train, what you are working toward, when you are usually free, and anything you write in the message box.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, arrange training sessions, and provide personal training services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give your name, email address, or phone number to advertisers or marketing lists.

A few outside companies handle your information so the site can run and so we can get back to you. Vercel hosts the site and processes the requests your browser sends it. What you submit is stored in a database run by Supabase. Resend delivers the email that tells us you got in touch. The analytics services described below receive data about your visit. These companies handle this on our behalf to keep the site running and to let us answer you. We are not selling anything to them.

Data Storage

When you send one of the forms, what you wrote is stored in our database so we can respond to you and keep a record of who has been in touch. We do not run an automatic deletion schedule, so a submission stays there unless we clear it out or you ask us to remove it. If you want yours removed, ask through the contact page below.

Our Calculators

The calculators on our tools pages run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are never sent to us and are not stored anywhere. Close the page and they are gone.

Website Analytics

This site runs three analytics services: Google Analytics (run by Google), Vercel Analytics (run by Vercel, who host the site), and Ahrefs Web Analytics (run by Ahrefs). Each of them receives data about your visit.

Between them, they record the pages you view, the site or search that sent you here, general information about your device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. That location is city level at best, and often less precise than that.

Google Analytics uses cookies. Ahrefs Web Analytics does not set cookies by default. It counts visitors using a daily identifier derived from your IP address and browser user agent, mixed with a value that changes every day. Vercel Analytics reports site traffic to us in aggregate.

We use all of this to understand how people find and use the site. We are not trying to identify you, and we do not use these tools to look up who an individual visitor is.

If you would rather not be counted, privacy controls and blocking tools may block or limit these analytics, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics.
